Delaware County, commonly known as 'Delco,' is located in southeastern Pennsylvania south of Philadelphia and borders the state of Delaware. With a population of approximately 575,000, the county is a mix of suburban communities, former industrial areas undergoing revitalization, and growing commercial centers.

Under Title 15 Pa.C.S. Section 109, every LLC, corporation, and other registered business entity in Pennsylvania must maintain a registered office address in the Commonwealth.
